During the 3-day seminar-workshop, Jose Rey Alo, former e-learning process adviser of the Agriculture Training Institute and one of the resource speaker of the seminar explained and facilitated a workshop on sharing of tacit and implicit knowledge within the consortium.
Likewise, Dr. Ronan G. Zagado, head of Development Communication Division of PhilRice shared his expertise on knowledge processes and how to effectively standardize these processes into an organizational knowledge for quality management.
